Welcome to Evergreen Yoga Retreats. By accessing or using our website, booking a retreat, or subscribing to our newsletter, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking or participating in any of our offerings.
1. General Information
Evergreen Yoga Retreats operates under the philosophy of creating mindful, nature-based experiences through yoga and related practices. Our retreats and events are designed for personal growth, relaxation, and connection, and are open to participants of all levels unless stated otherwise.
2. Bookings & Payments
- Retreats may be booked by contacting us via email.
- A deposit may be required to secure your place; the remaining balance is usually due prior to the start of the retreat (specific terms will be shared upon booking).
- Payments can be made via bank transfer or other accepted methods indicated during the booking process.
- Your booking is confirmed once payment and registration details have been received.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

- If you cancel your booking more than 30 days before the retreat start date, your deposit may be refunded minus an administrative fee.
- For cancellations less than 30 days before the retreat payments are generally non-refundable.
- In case Evergreen Yoga Retreats must cancel or reschedule a retreat, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer their booking to another retreat.
- We recommend that all participants obtain **travel and health insurance** that covers cancellations, illness, and unforeseen events.

4. Health & Responsibility

- By participating, you acknowledge that yoga and physical activities carry inherent risks.
- You are responsible for ensuring you are physically and mentally fit to participate in the retreat.
- Please inform instructors of any injuries, conditions, or special needs prior to attending.
- Evergreen Yoga Retreats and its facilitators are not liable for any injuries, illnesses, losses, or damages that may occur during travel to, from, or at the retreat.

5. Program Changes

We reserve the right to make minor changes to the schedule, teachers, or activities if necessary due to weather, safety, or other unforeseen circumstances. Any significant changes will be communicated as early as possible.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

We respect your privacy. Personal information collected through our website (such as contact details, bookings, or newsletter sign-ups) is used solely for communication and retreat organization purposes.

7. Intellectual Property

8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes arising from your participation or use of this website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Greek courts.
