Somatic Healing Yoga Retreat
with Katerina & Amalia
06 - 08 February 2026
Evia Bay Estate
We return for our second Somatic Healing Yoga Retreat this time held in the peaceful, coastal embrace of Evia Bay Estate.
This weekend is designed as a soft and grounding pause, a chance to unwind the body, settle the mind, and reconnect with yourself through somatic awareness, touch, and gentle yoga.
Across three days, we move between stillness and flow through Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Restorative Yoga, and Vinyasa Krama. Each practice supports the release of tension, the calming of the nervous system, and the emergence of presence. This retreat is ideal for anyone seeking a restorative yoga experience in Greece where healing unfolds naturally and without pressure.
A central part of the retreat is a Thai massage workshop, where you’ll explore the art of mindful touch through guided, hands-on practice. It is a simple, accessible introduction to somatic healing and a deeper way of relating — to yourself and to others — through presence and connection.
Nourishing meals made with fresh, local ingredients accompany each day, grounding the experience through simplicity and care. Nearby, the mineral-rich thermal baths of Edipsos offer an ancient ritual of warmth and renewal, supporting the body in its return to balance.
Evia Bay Estate, with its cozy environment, sea views, and direct access to the water, creates the perfect setting for rest, reflection, and gentle reconnection. It offers everything needed for a weekend retreat restoring the body and quieting the mind.
